DEADLINE EXTENDED LNCS: April 12th, 2025

General information: One registration will cover at most two published papers. Each additional paper needs an additional fee (equivalent to a student fee). Registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner and a copy of the proceedings.
Registration fees: The following registration options will be available. Early registrations apply for those registered until 30th of June 2025.
  • Student early 150 euros
  • Student regular 200 euros
  • Members of ACIA, SOFT, and EUSFLAT early 200 euros
  • Members of ACIA, SOFT, and EUSFLAT regular 275 euros
  • Others early 275 euros
  • Others regular 350 euros

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to congressos@fundacio.urv.cat

  • Cancellation requests received up to and including 31/08/25: the registration fee will be refunded. The Congress Office will retain 10% of the registration fee as a handling fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after, the registration fee will not be refunded.
